Safe motorcycle riding practices and the proper maintenance of a motorcycle are critical to rider safety. Helmets, gloves, goggles and boots must be worn for safety purposes. Careless riding, neglecting proper maintenance or improper installation of parts can lead to injury or death. Hodaka Parts Inc had no control over the manufacturing of these parts, the installation of the parts or the maintenance of the bike the parts are being used on. It is the owners responsibility to properly install parts, maintain their equipment and to ride their motorcycle in a safe manner. Hodaka Parts Inc is not responsible for any injury or death that occurs on motorcycles that have parts on them that were purchased from Hodaka Parts Inc.
